How can I close my account?

There are a couple of ways you can request to close your account: 

  1. 1. Through Account Settings ⚙️ 
     Go to the menu bar in the top-right corner and select "Account Settings." 
     
     Scroll to the bottom and click "Close My Account." 

 
 This will redirect you to our Customer Support team, who will assist you with the process. 👩‍💻 

  1. 2. Through Responsible Gaming Tools 🎯 
     Open the menu and go to "Responsible Gaming Tools." 

 
 Here, you’ll find options such as Self-Exclusion 🚫 or Take a Break ⏸️ if you'd prefer to temporarily restrict access instead of closing your account permanently.
